How far in advance do I need to order?

We recommend at least 2 weeks for standard orders. For weddings and large events, 4–6 weeks gives us the time to do your order justice. The sooner you lock in your date, the better.

How long do the sweets stay fresh?

Best enjoyed within 7 days of delivery. Store them in a cool, dry place, no fridge needed. They will keep for up to 7 days, but honestly they rarely last that long.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders over $120. For orders under $120, a flat rate applies at checkout. We ship express Australia-wide so your sweets arrive fresh.

Does each sweet come individually wrapped?

Yes. Every piece comes individually wrapped and presented in a gift box, ready to place at a table setting or hand to a guest. No extra packaging needed on your end.

Can I order a sample before committing to a large order?

Absolutely, and we encourage it. Our sample box lets you taste the flavours before deciding. Order one, share it with your partner or planner, and then choose with confidence.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Because our sweets are perishable, we cannot accept returns, but if anything arrives damaged or not as expected, contact us straight away with a photo and we will make it right.
